Yes, very true. My slide was taken at the "Air Museum", Ontario Airport, CA in Jan 1965.
Is this Mustang one of the longest privately owned(by same person or organization) warbirds still flying?
If you look under 45-11582 on this site you will see an even older photo (not mine) of the same aircraft while at the first museum that Ed Malony started, this at Claremont, CA. date about 1958.
