P-51s on the Move in 2007

The USA and Europe have been swapping P-51s. One of the biggest acquisitions was "Princess Elizabeth" 43-25147 picked from the UK by two-time P-51 owner Jim Beasley. Great catch Jim!

Paul Besterveld sold Heber Costello's ex P-51 "It's About Time" to the Biltema Co. of Sweden.

The "Millie G" 44-14985, a WWII vet, became the P-51 of Trent Latshaw in Tulsa Oklahoma.

Skyfire Corp. became the new owner of 44-64005 "Mary Mine"

Meier Motors of Germany purchased 44-72773 "Susy" and renamed her "Darlin Ann"

The old "Huntress III" 44-72811 has a new owner in Germany and renamed "Jay Hawk Jallopy"

Ron Pratt of Chandler Az purchased the beautiful restoration "Red Dog" by Midwest Aero Restorations. "Red Dog" 44-74469 won reserve Grand Champ at Oshkosh 2006.

Another beautifully restored P-51, 44-74813 "Cripes A Mighty" was purchased by Bill Wiemann.

Restored to the look in 1980 as "Boomer", 44-74832 then owned by Max Hoffman is now owned by Tim McPherson.

44-84850 "SU SU" has a new owner: Nazzi Hirani, based in Chandler Arizona.

This "American Beauty", 67-22581, is now owned by John O'Conner.

Holland Holdings is the new owner of "Sugar Booger". New name is "Pecos Bill".
